Applications Engineers

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  1. Undertaking or assisting team in undertaking sales related activities including lead generation, account management and marketing.
  2. Exercise initiative in setting and executing strategic business & action plans or projects.

Associate Account Managers

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals in an assigned territory or set of accounts, and is responsible for maximizing sales profitability, growth and account penetration. The role sells products and services directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact.

 

Responsibilities:

Perform sales activities for new business for a set of accounts or product/service line, achieving or exceeding assigned sales target:

  1. Sell products and services through telephone, email and face-to-face contact
  2. Develop and maintain a healthy and robust pipeline
  3. Provide accurate forecasts for new sales revenue and progress reports as required
  4. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products and services

Business Support Administrator

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  1. Managing customers’ orders, order processing, invoicing, submission of purchase orders and supporting documents to principals, arranging delivery and/or installation and handling order-related enquiries.
  2. Maintaining customer care standards by keeping track of service maintenance expiry, sending quotations and processing their purchase orders so as to ensure minimum interruption.
  3. Assisting Customer Care team to help ensure in-house Customer Relationship Management system is properly used to achieve excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Assisting and executing various audit activities (ISO QMS / WSQ) and adherence to standardized documentation procedures.

Finance and HR Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
  2. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary.
  3. Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the ED; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
  4.  Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
  5. Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
  6. Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.
